We conducted a two part research on Estrella target audience.


Part 1: Mobile Diary

A five-day, pre-interview assignment that we asked the respondents to do via a mobile app. This allowed us to see things through their eyes at the moment when they happen and provide more texture about their lives.


part 2: In-home ethnography

One-on-one in-home interviews. Each interview lasted approximately 90 minutes with a tour of their house. This allowed us to get a full picture of what their lives are like.
